If you're going after a Tiffany look, I'd prefer the dial to be more Tiffany in color. The shade you used looks more winter green to me.
I had used the Tiffany Blue colour codes. It's an amateur job for sure. Hoping the good people at TH/LVMH have better designers 😜

Warming up to it. How about an orange strap.

Yeah, I mean why not. It can't possibly make it look any worse. By the way, I don't if any one else has had one, but I had a PM from a newb trying to sell me his Riviera. No price mentioned, I'm guessing way too much for that ugly looking thing.

I made my own rendition of a tiffany Monaco Cal.11 . Of course I believe it's much, much better than the Riviera craft project. Opinions!!!
I think it looks great. And far more original than just another tiffany dial.

I had contacted a couple of guys for this piece. The price was just exorbitant!!! I remember one guy mentioned 67k EUR.

OH MY JESUS, NO! You have got to be kidding. For what, an ugly, weird dial in a hideous colour...

This looks like it would be posted on the thread where we ask if its fake. The color choices are terrible and I agree that the date window is terrible. I can't believe someone signed off on this and then they made it.

Another piece popped up on C24. Asking price is EUR 38,900. So far the most reasonable offer I've seen!!!

He's the first guy to have posted an ad for this watch. The first time I enquired earlier this year, he wanted 67000 € for this. Clearly he's not aware about the other guy on C24 selling the same for cheaper ::rimshot::

Aside from the fact that it has a hideous dial and there's (thankfully) only 30 of them, what possible justification for that price?

Flippers just need an opportunity to show their arrogance and stupidity - that's the justification. This guy has now put down the ad from FB after getting into an argument with me about him being the only seller of this watch.

A pic of the full set. I really don't see this watch going on that suede camel strap. No.29/30, s.no. WQW4831 (figured out that WQW4828 - 32 are CB2117 serial nos.)

Wow, it's like they went out of their way to make it hideous.

There's actually a Monaco 50th edition complete set (with all 5 C11's) for sale for marginally more. Guess which one any sensible person would pick up!!

Neither, a sensible person wouldn't spend that much on a watch or set of watches. But then again, this hobby of ours isn't for sensible people is it? LOL 😁
