That caseback is really cool, might want to change everything else with the watch feels like a cheap mix of old stock designed by a little boy named Max
I like the 2016 and 2017 models much more, something just doesn't look quite right on this one. Not sure exactly what though.
It actually looks a bit better in the video posted on TH instagram where Max talks about designing the watch. He says that he has "never been to a factory before" which sounds odd to me, have there not been previous posts of him visiting TH factory several times before?
Some great photos here from Alon at Ace Jewelers. Anyone keen on the watch should get in touch with Ace..I've bought a couple of watches through Alon and the team over the years are they are first-class operators https://www.acejewelers.com/en/
According to the Tag UK website it's £1850 which is £500 at the least, more expensive than the other quartz chrono's. Is there that much of a premium on the SS/ceramic strap? Or am I missing something else?
Watchiary replied to me on instagram that it is limited to 1300 pieces. Wonder what is true? https://www.instagram.com/p/BqKiLPIHq3h/
Marc (@watchiary) leads comms and sponsorship for TAG Heuer's central European regions (inc. Netherlands), so I'd go with his word on this one
I don't like it either. The bracelet does not really match the watch. And instead of using the red as an "accent" color they vomit the color all over the dial .... aggh ...
My thoughts too. Might not look as bad in the metal as in the way way the Aston edition doesn't look as good compared to the official pictures
