It's a nice watch, but I think they should start limiting limited editions.
I agree with you, but that would probably increase the price even more. Not a problem for me since I'm still extremely happy with the Rindt edition, but Hodinkee surely knows how to price their stuff...馃榿

I would expect further collaborations between Tag Heuer and Hodinkee.
It's part of social influence; if it's by Hodinkee, then it must be good. Tag haters won't say a thing.

Frankly, I think it's a great idea - TAGs are entry-level watches and Hodinkee does do some interesting things with them. This one, maybe not so much - but the Skipper for instance really was a cool-looking watch. And it's a cool feeling to have a desirable limited edition watch within reach of most watch enthusiasts - I'm much happier to see Hodinkee put out a $6,000 limited edition than another $50,000 one

While I didn't like the Skipper, it was more imaginative... this was inevitable with Hodinkee or not.

I can't recall which thread, but the Harrods model has been discussed.

I love the orange details and the tachy but the thickness on these Autavias unfortunately don't work for me 馃檨
I still think tachymeter bezels shouldn't have finger grips, seeing as they can't be turned. Is there a rule that tachymeters always have to have the word written on them?!
