Idk, for some reason I don't care for any of the overly dominant champions like Fangio, Schumacher or Hamilton.
As much as Hamilton's skill, consistency, and lack of weakness amazes me, Mansell will always be my favourite driver.
The only F1 driver that was described as the “greatest” which I still do admire up to this day is none other than Ayrton Senna (TAG Heuer)
Sir Stirling Moss is my guy, he may not have won everything going but he often won in machinery considered to be ‘not up to the job’, no driver can be considered GOAT as yet time is still ticking, who knows what(or who)the future holds, although the days of fossil fuel are sadly numbered.
My favorite(s) from each decade: 50's Moss (honorable mention Ascari) 60's Clark 70's Lauda (honorable mention Villeneuve) 80's Senna (honorable mention Prost, Mansell, Piquet, Lauda) 90's Senna (honorable mention Alesi) 00's Raikkonen 10's No favorite, so still Kimi by default. All time favorites: Lauda & Senna. Both Heuer/TAG Heuer men.
