1153 relumed?

Hi all,

I just picked up this beautiful 1153 which seems to be the third execution from Zurich while on my honeymoon. I am new to vintage watches and had to make sure my first vintage watch was a Heuer as I've been obsessing with them for the last couple months. I wanted to get your opinion on if this minutes hand is relumed or replaced with a new one as it seems to not match the deterioration of the hours hand. Either way I am absolutely in love with the watch and will enjoy it but just want to know.

Thank you, its not noticeable but obviously it is to me because I was inspecting the watch for two whole days after getting it.
