Looks pretty decent to me. Case not in bad shape, a few scratches consistent with age but edges look reasonably sharp. Dial looks nice, only a few minor marks and corrosion to the metal of the date window and hands. The lume on the hands does look a bit dirty and more aged than the hour plots on the dial. I don't think this necessarily indicates a dial replacement though - other signs of aging appear consistent. I think it's fine to keep the hands original unless that "patina" is a bit too much for you. I can definitely see the attraction in getting them re-lumed, although conventional wisdom would probably say don't do it.
