·Welcome Doug, good job on the video - nice to see a well filmed review. Don't you think the decision to make the running seconds and 1/10 second subdials white was slightly odd? Wouldn't it have made more sense (logically and symmetrically) to have made the chrono subdials white and the running seconds black?

The original watch:
Versions with both chrono subdials in same color (white or black):
I think both combos look better than the original

Agreed, I prefer the bottom one. Mainly because the white subdial balances the white text and date wheel.

·I’m not sure why the design was made with 9 and 6 subdials as contrasting white. It does feel asymmetric but I’d like to think of it as having similarities to tachymeters or to car display gauges? 🍿
