Me too. Even though it was only over 3 months. Although it taught me my lesson. I'm now an upfront payment guy. If I don't have the cash to hand then I can't afford it.
Very reasonable 👍

I certainly prefer to do so as well, though sometimes I'll take advantage of a 0% interest offer if it seems like an unusual opportunity

My wife got the survey, she said it was long and tedious... I haven't seen it myself. Guess my opinion doesn't matter! 😉

I got the survey the other day although the front page looked different to the one above, more professional perhaps, seemed that they were trying to find another way of squeezing the most money from us buyers, so I made sure price was in high priority.

I received another survey today. This one was much faster to fill. Similar questions, just much more consolidated.

I received the same. Email looked much more ‘professional’ and came from tag rather than a 3rd party marketing company. If all they care about is whether financing would make me buy more tat they can go swivel though. 😁

Yes, it was an improvement, however it still had strange wording that I presume was the result from automated translation.

In a case, in addition to the 0% financing option, I asked them to consider a loyalty program that could offer special perks. Some of those could include early access to limited editions & new pieces, how about annual discounts (~15% off on your birthday and/or Christmas), the ability to request customization (cases, dials, straps), participate in a Creator's club (vote on upcoming models and designs, similar to what was done with the Autavia Cup).

Also requested to bring back some of the heritage branded bags, jackets, collectibles & memorabilia.

For the Connected they could offer official watch-faces for all the current and heritage models; or even have some of those watchfaces for sale on the TAGHeuer.com or Google Play Store.

There is so much that can be done and this is really a great opportunity to bring the brand into the modern marketplace model.
