They are both Aquaracers.
The Aquaracer started out as a 2000 Aquaracer, an extension of the 2000 Series - in the same way you had the Link Searacer or the 2000 Searacer. This was eventually scrapped and the name 'Aquaracer' became the new name for the 2000 Series.
I highly doubt the dial marking will have any meaningful impact on the price, because most people won't even know the difference.

I have seen the model with Aquaracer with more high prices than the one that says professional

I would guess the price would depend more on condition than anything. But maybe people like to see the name Aquaracer on the dial?

I have the blue version, when I was looking for one they were always between £800-850 and I really didn't want to pay that. Eventually I found a mint one for £550.
