Mine is almost as old, approaching 10 years. But far from untouched, it's been very well worn.
It was surprising, good price too I would think but no takers.

A waste if you ask me to hold on to watch for that long and never wear it.

The FOIS was only discontinued a few years ago, they could still be bought new in 2021, perhaps even some leftover stock in 2022.
