Congrats Michael! Feels like a solid addition that will make a lot of sense in your racing loving collection and heart 馃憤
Thanks Jim! As I was already a fan of Ikuzawa and given my career's connection with Japan, this watch makes a lot of sense for me. Plus I just think it's really cool.

My first Bamford too! I've examined it closely under a loupe and I'm happy to report that the quality and finish is every bit as good as TAG's other 2023 releases.

Congrats!!! Where did you end up buying it from? And if you're ok sharing the number out of 100 would love to know!
Thank you! TAG Heuer Fukuoka. Mine is 48/100, not as nice a number as your #10. I think @Snowy is the only other forum member with one. Not bad, given there's only 100 and two were already reserved for Tetsu & Mai.

Good to hear! This was not an actual Bamford experiment though right, this one has a unique TAG Heuer model number? It seems that there is a big difference in dial dust/smudge/hair/grease between TAG Heuer sanctioned Bamfords like yours and Bamfords coming directly from the Bamford basement using existing TAG Heuer model codes.

Right, it's an official TAG Heuer release with a unique TAG part number.

I don't know if what you've seen are the one off customer customizations vs. the other Bamford LE's like the illest, Ruf and Rowing Blazers. Whatever the case, it's unacceptable.

IIRC the RUF one seemed really bad. The Rowing Blazers as well, looking at the photos posted on ABTW one can easily see how poorly applied the lume is for example. They even talked about the unacceptable quality control on the Rowing Blazers edition on last week's ABTW podcast episode.

It took a while, but this just arrived from Japan. Just in time for a #NWA on #tHEUERsday!

Congrats, @Mspeedster! That is a fantastic addition to your collection. Wear it in good health, sir!

The Rowing Blazers proto shown to the press does look a little rough around the edges. Will have to pay closer attention to the production pieces to see if they're any better. But yeah, it does seem like the official TAG Heuer x Bamfords are held to a higher standard.
