That left LCD has a little fading - much less noticeable in person. AFAIK they can be replaced separately to the rest of the movement but does anyone know where to source them?

I have a spare timepiece. It seems that the little screen can be replaced using the screw?
I am no expert but maybe this info will help you. Success.

Yup! The little modules are replaceable as below - will be keeping a look out for spares.

Gettin old an showing it鈥檚 age, date change sometimes iffy, but still passes the pressure test.
