Love this - I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a strap so colour coordinated with the rest of the watch!
Tnx, I was waiting for Aaron Bespoke to get a houndstooth motief which would match and saw this piece of fabric on his insta stories a little later and went for it (imagining the blue stitching to bring it together with the dial):

When I received the strap and put it on the watch it felt a bit too white in this pic but quickly after the "initial shock" saw the combo working quite well:

That just blew my mind… never knew there was a mechanical module for the connected!
Yes, but only for the 2nd generation of the Connected (E2, 2017-2020), which is the only Modular and also the only Swiss Made generation. The Modularity was a great idea, and main feature is the possibility to swap the digital module for a mechanical module

There were three mechanical modules available for the E2 Connected Modular 45 (Calibre 5, Calibre 16, and Calibre Heuer 02 Tourbillon), and just one (Calibre 5) for the Modular 41

(Picture by @Snowy , as he owns the three Modular 45 mechanical modules 😉 👍)

Old school 2000 today. I’m guessing early 90s or late 80s. Colored logo, but printed dial. Just swapped the movement for a fresh 955.412 last year. Ready for another 30 years of service!

Nice, my wife has this model in a smaller size. It was her first TAG Heuer about 20 years ago.

Oh no way! This was my first TAG Heuer as well. I swapped the movement but now I need to replace the crown and tube. No more screwing down! In the meantime, I cut the stem and made it a push/pull crown

Thank you for that! I’m trying to post more and be a little more active lately… and isn’t she so cute? She has her own IG account now haha.

One of my all time favorites! 2002/2003 2000 Classic auto. Weird thing is the rotor is marked calibre 5.
