Just a cheap strap from cns to test if I like a bund on the panda, before splurging on a really good one 🙄

The new 60th version appears to work a lot better in my opinion, but yet to see one in the flesh to fully comment.

Same here, though in photos I really don't like the pip-less bezel - and IMO the small wave pattern doesn't hit the same with the modern case & bezel. Totally want to see one in person still though to confirm

I felt that way about the pip at first, but the 60 has grown on me now.

As for the waves, I agree that seeing with our own eyes is the only way to know. At face value, I am looking what I see in the photos.

F1+Cal.16= Winning team 😎

As my first TAG Heuer was a Formula 1 from Mrs. Jemagloh, I will always have a soft spot for, and an interest in, the Formula 1 line.

Same here, my first TH was a 2016 F1 Indy 500 gift from Frau Holtz. For our very memorable attendance at the 100th running of this event. It's what started this whole TAG/Heuer madness for me. 😒

Great stories @Jemagloh and @HoltzPlatz! 👍
You guys compelled me to strap on my first TAG Heuer, also a Formula 1. But I have no cool Mrs. Mspeedster story to go with it, only my obsession of the sport and certain racing hero. My bucket list includes the Indy 500, the Monaco GP and Le Mans.

My first one as referenced above. My amazing wife surprised me with it. It will never leave me.

While we are sharing first time stories here is mine. 1990 I got my first job after finishing High School. Always loved Tag Heuer watches so when I had saved enough money it's the first real thing I purchased.
Over the years I wore it every day. Then it stopped working about 3 years later and I never had the battery replaced. Unfortunately I don't have the original any longer but I will definitely add one at some point for nostalgia.
Here is a pic of the sme model.

I got my first TH, which was also my first mechanical Swiss watch, when I started my first job. Was initially planning to get an Ebel Sportwave but then saw the Kirium chronometer which blew my mind away with the liquid metal design. Got it for around €1k in Singapore (big discounts were easier to be had at AD's over there compared to the Netherlands);
