I've been tempted to get this one 2nd hand, but I'm still hoping it will be reissued with the Heuer logo at some point.

If not a Vintage-themed reissue of this Autavia Siffert, then how about a 3-dial Camaro panda?

These are beautiful...but top of the tree for Camaro prices. The man to speak to is @rarebirds.de

I have a number of Tag’s that I wear on a regular basis however my favourite is the TAG Heuer Carrera Carbon Calibre 1887 Concept Chronograph.

First time that I've seen that one "in the wild"- how does it feel on the wrist?

I have been wearing the Carbon Matrix 45mm for about a month now and love it. The most obvious aspect of it is its weight, and at just 107g all up, it takes a little getting used to having it on your wrist. To give some context my usual watch rotation includes the Omega Planet Ocean Titanium which is would normally be consider a light weight for a 46mm weighs a comparatively hefty 146g and even my Tag Heuer Link 40mm outweighs it at 126g.

Once you get use to the weight though, or lack of it, it wears beautify and looks stunning in the sunlight.

I did however replaced the croc leather band with the rubber ‘tire tread’ band from the Carrera Monaco Grand Prix car2a83 as I prefer the look and durability of rubber over leather.

I put back the original rubber strap on the Monaco GP LE.
I never wore it like this; when I first got it, I used a Nato leather strap followed by a grey alligator one from TG.

Now that the summer is closing in in this part of the world, rubber is more than appropriate.

I'm sorry this isn't a Heuer - but literally thought I'd just do it as it's on my wrist right now and I'm off to France for the month.
