Thanks! Of all the watches that come and go, I think the only one that I absolutely must have in my collection is a tritium Speedmaster.

That is strange, my Pilot doesn't have this kind of cyclops (mine is the blue one TAG branded)... does your Pilot tick twice per second by any chance?
Home now and I see mine has the cyclops date feature, like I thought. And mine's not ticking at all so new battery goes in soon

That is very nice👍 My 973.005 is more worn than yours and with a wrong date. Other than that I cannot see any other differences between these two slightly different ref. numbers
