Gentlemen, I am of the opinion that manual gear cars should be banned.

You enjoy shifting gears every 30 seconds as you drive? I get it in a nice weekend sports car but manual shifting in a daily drive is just a pain in the ass.

Heretic! My weekend sports car comes out during week too, maybe if I lived in a city but 1 mile from the house and I’m in the wilds and running free.

 

I mean it's true, I really hated having to run errands in traffic in my S2000. Now that it only comes out of the garage for pleasant trips upstate I enjoy more of my time in it.

My daily driver is the perfect one: My feet + the subway. Screw daily driving cars; any car. Hate it.

Not in traffic no, but wanting to 'ban' gears.... it's the ramblings of an idiot. Changing gears is the automotive equivalent of hand winding!

I no longer have the grand son. Gave it to my nephew when he finished college.
It’s a bulletproof tank on my wrist. I missed it. TH did a great job on it, even though it’s 20% too big on my wrist. If the new one 2-3mm smaller in both dimensions, I’m in for Blue and Black.
