I do wish TAG would re-release it, in 39mm with a sapphire crystal, then it would be pretty much my perfect watch.

Well it's the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and so there is only one choice for wardrobe today.

Go Corvette!

Life is very expensive in Montreal Quebec but I do like my Tag but my dream watch is The Sub 😁
Love TAG and Rolex as well as watches in general but I am reminded the best things in life are not "things" and material possessions or lack there of do not define oneself

Photo from yesterday after watching the entire 24 Hours of Le Mans (less the first 20 min which I overslept)

Me too poor to buy myself a Rolex Submariner 🙁

I really prefer the aquaracer to the sub. Ive spent a bunch of time working with people in the finance sector and sub's/gmt masters are almost ubiquitous, an aquaracer is a bit more unusual. Now an Explorer I could be tempted with..

Yearning for one watch/brand but buying less expensive, similar watches/homages/copies is generally the road to ruin because you will never be happy with what you have. A better approach is to save the money you would have spent on the 'other' brand until the time you can afford the watch you really want and like. Buying second hand obviously helps the cause too.
