First wear of the "moondust" professional from 1989. Ghosted bezel and mint condition. Happy purchase.

I have been sucked in the Seiko divers customization cult; quite a fun a way to diversify a collection with watches that are good value for money, and won't brake the bank.

This is from Unimatic; an Italian company that releases every year or so limited edition watches based on Seikos.
Quite affordable, and fun.
With the heat climbing up in this part of the world, rolled-up sleeves and polos make fine Carreras vulnerable.

Son in law lifted the Monacco off the table just now so I nipped upstairs and grabbed this from beside my bed, daughter is pleased I still have/wear it, it was a gift from her was she was a youngster. Not really a sought after model but means something to me.

^ it has a story behind it, that's what count.
When I was a kid, I used to "borrow" my dad's Seiko Flightmaster, which was really cool back in school days in the 80s.

I searched and searched the intertubes until I found one in pretty decent condition.

After a week of wrist time, Telemeter accuracy exceeded my expectation. Really satisfied by the watch as a whole.

In Birmingham with work this week so the Monacco is following Lenny Henry! TV advertising for those not in the U.K.

I have toying with Seikos for a couple of weeks and then enjoyed my Bell & Ross.
Tag Heuer and I were having a relationship break, all that Monopoly PR clowning didn't help.

We reconciled last night.
