@Albert-AMG looks great, enjoy it my friend 😀 very cool that it is a numbered limited edition
Congrats! That was well worth he wait. You must be chuffed. Great example. V unusual design too. enjoy!
Very nice Albert.... I am a bit jealous as I had a chance to pick one of these up in Japan recently and decided against it. Mostly due to the size of the watch and my behemoth wrists. I have never tried it on, just saw it online. Does it wear big in your opinion?
Anyway, congrats on a wonderful watch with some great history of one of the greats.
Cheers Albert, Yep, it may look a bit small on my wrists so maybe it was wise to pass it up.
Don't you just love what they did with the strap on that watch. It seems these days, innovative watch straps are few and far between.
Maybe I should just go for it next time I see one come up. I can always give it to my daughter as her name is "Sena"
Thanks for sharing Albert, I know the feeling of joy you get when you secure a watch that you have been eyeing up or chasing for a while.
I felt that way when I found my Heuer Calculator. Something relatively unique that not every man has.
Thanks! 😀 Yes, real joy! Ayrton Senna is my hero (even more since I met him personally in 1993), and in 1994 I couldn’t buy this watch: it was too expensive for me, and the 1000 units were quickly sold out... It was like an impossible dream. So I’m very happy to have found one now, 25 years later, brand new... making the dream possible 🙄
That is such a great story Albert, I can feel your passion in your writing.
Wear it with Pride.
PS- Meeting Senna must have been a thrill of a life time, especially looking back on history and what transpired with his tragic death.
