in the below link at around 0:20 he looks at his watch. To my untrained eye looks like a carrera. What say the experts?

Not sure the case is quite right for a Carrera. Autavia possibly? But really could be any panda dial chrono from the 70s.

Looks to me like a first execution Autavia 3646 with dauphine hands and large sub-dials

Many thanks. Is it a bad sign that I watched the video all the way through hoping I would catch a clearer view of the watch and didn't pay attention to the car

I agree with David, the lugs look fine, just like the Autavia.
