but no one can seriously say they like that skeletonised dial?
After all you guys have done nothing but rail against the skeleton Carreras for the last 5 - 6 years.

The skeleton Monaco sucks too.

The Bamfords are actually kind of funky, I like the vintage TAG Turbo logo. When did these happen? This is the first I'm seeing of 'em.

Now I really want it, dammit!

Yeah, I actually might've looked into the black / white subdials one.

Ah well, I'm not into the whole "let's destroy a perfectly nice old 911 for a billionaire" world.

964 Carrera / 4s are fair enough, but all the people modyfing 930s and 993s into ugly bulbous things ought to be jailed.

I honestly think they should be doing this to 996s instead, now that would be a service!

Great, now I've gone and done myself in too.

For the Monaco, they offer a "light grey" coating in addition to leaving it steel. Wonder if it's a matte finish - if so, man oh man

What does the GD on the yellow dial signify.

God Damn, as in what you'd say if he actually went and did it! 😜

😉 Initials
Apparently you can also leave bamford on the dial.

Nothing wrong with these Bamfords either. George is better at being TAG Heuer than TAG Heuer.
I like this one! 🥰 👍

^That black one would go nicely with my black 911, if only I had the TAG Turbo engine in mine. 🙄

It would go nice my silver Corsa too... let's face it, black goes with everything.😁

Sure it would.

But these TAG Turbo Bamford Monacos were commission specifically to color coordinate with the Lanzante TAG Turbo powered 930 Porsches. Only 11 of these cars (which come with the watch). So neither of us could likely get one to go with our cars.

That thing is the worst “carrera” ever. It’s only existence is to be a cheaper Hublot.
This was Biver project right?

i give them credit for the tourbillon, though. I hope that comes back in a more refined size.

Well, you are entitled to your opinion. It wasn't my first TAG but it was the one that sent me over the edge into full on TH nerd.

Disagree, the skeleton Carreras have a unique presence and identity, unlike the current super bland elegant/sport Carreras.

Although I’m not a fan of the skeleton Carrera, I think it is a pivotal point in TAG Heuer’s history together with the Tourbillon, that these designs & platforms can be done with renowned Swiss quality at an attainable pricepoint. In short, TAG Heuer is flexing to the whole Swiss watchworld what its design and new factory can do and is very capable of 👍

The Monaco, 1000 jumbo auto and the WS2110 Super Professional are probably the only Tags I will wear. Everything else just looks cheap and nasty.
