I believe it's just a style thing, TAG has sort of done this before.

 

The Porsche X TAG Heuer Carrera is also a bit disappointing for me. It's similar to last year's model, but done up like the all black Senna F1 w/ yellow accents. Couldn't they be more creative?

Having said that, I think I do like this year's model slightly better than last year's. But it's also a whopping $7050!

 

I actually think the 1000 Super Diver is the most intriguing as well.

Orange AR looks yummy. Superdiver is interesting, don't know yet. Porsche Carrera a lot better than last year's.

 

Agree with @Yago : The orange AR is quite nice… Is it limited?

The Superdiver is esthetically the pick of the litter, IMHO (even considering both 2021 and 2022). Haven’t gotten to its price yet - is it eye-wateringly expensive?

The 1655 Explorer II is a personal Rolex grail, talk about scratching an itch... 3700 euro for a caller GMT 1655 clone. Expect long waiting lists...

Solargraph looks cool, but I worry about that bezel. The blue and tortoiseshell ones looked great in pics and awful in real life...
