It is Friday afternoon, I am hungry and ready for the day to end.......
Decided I would pair my watch with a meal and destination....

The 1st that came to mind was my Ali, Vegas and Steak....... not just any steak but THE steak.....
I bought the watch in Vegas at TAG Boutique in Caesar's Palace. then we went to dinner at Prime Steakhouse at the Bellagio..... It was best steak I have ever had (no lie) this is why I took a picture of it and been comparing every steak since to it....

Any other pairings out there?

I cooked this at home like last 2 weeks i think. It's not as good as professional made steak but it's okay for me.

The best steak i ever ate was at Ruth Chris. Doesn't have the photo now though

My attempt at cooking. Yes, I'm aware it's only half a steak but I only had 2 sirloins to serve a family of 4! :)

You know the problem of cooking by ourselves in comparison to the restaurant steak...it's always the burnt.

The restaurant steak always got the burnt that seems very hard for me to replicate in my kitchen !

Otto it's probably because you don't have a Professional grill at 300 Degrees like the restaurant. Don't ne too hard on yourself.
If it tastes good that's all that matters.
