First time poster on this forum—grateful for all the info on here and any help you can provide.
I recently purchased what I think is Heuer ref. 410 with a Valjoux 23 movement, but I could use some help confirming. My attempt at ID-ing is based on looking at comparable examples (see advertising below), rather than reading much on the watch, so there’s certainly room for error.
I’d also appreciate any thoughts as to condition/value. I have a window to return the watch so I want to make sure I’m not missing any red flags or that I didn’t overpay. I initially suspected a potential redial because something funky seems to be going on with the minute markers between 5 and 6 o’clock, but the issue changes between pictures so I suspect it’s just an issue with how the picture was taken/maybe reflection from the case. (I didn’t take the pictures and haven’t seen the watch yet.)
