Have a look at Brokenchrono on Ebay-

He has a number of Heuer cases with bezels which I assume would fit-but I can't be 100% sure.

No problem. 👍 I haven't dealt with him directly but know one or two that have. He seems sound enough but unwilling to budge on his pricing by the sounds of it.

Yes, I bought the case from brokenchrono, Miami. Not cheap but fast shipping and a satisfying result. (and a Heuer 'not sticking out' crown!)
