路Yes this is a great one, hardly ever for sale. The uhrmacherschule doesn't really add value for me. Hodinkee was able to sell this one on the spot though, for a hefty price. They also swiftly sold that Orfina for 4200, pretty much double of what they go for between collectors.

Here I've yellow highlighted the areas which look identical on the watch from that instagram posting and the date frame in question.

路What you have shown is amazing detective work. I also notice the same black fleck near the central 12 hour hand, at the 5 o'clock. Seems very close to nearly impossible that all the very same wear and use marks would occur exactly the same way on two "different" watches right?

路This looks very much like McQueen's/Haig Alltounian's 1133B that was auctioned recently for $2.2M. The case has the exact same dents in the same places. The dial has the same rust spots. However, the silver around the date window on this one is in bad shape, whereas the auctioned watch has a pristine date window frame. Hmmmm, very curious! I wonder if the watch was slightly restored before the auction???

Got to be 100% the same watch i reckon.
Too much of a coincidence that it has so many identical imperfections.
