That's a Heuer 01 on his left wrist, but what's on his right wrist? Some kind of bracelet?

Yes, I saw an interview with him that happened earlier this week and you can see it's just a combination of bracelets/charms.

Do TG need these ambassadors? Frankly no overpaid *star* would influence me into a watch purchase, unless maybe they had a proof of purchase in the picture, celebs advertising a product can in fact turn punters off a product depending on their status or popularity, of course maybe I'm biased cause I'm in an industry that lives/dies by advertising to the public.

Brands do need a Thor or a Bond; the problem with Tag Heuer is they won't settle for less than an ambassador per model.

Next in line in having more ambassadors than watches is Longines.

I have nothing against ambassadors, but Tag Heuer's current ambassadors seem to be B-List players. I would prefer folks with more appeal, e.g. Leonardo Dicaprio back in the day.
