路Do TG need these ambassadors? Frankly no overpaid *star* would influence me into a watch purchase, unless maybe they had a proof of purchase in the picture, celebs advertising a product can in fact turn punters off a product depending on their status or popularity, of course maybe I'm biased cause I'm in an industry that lives/dies by advertising to the public.

路Brands do need a Thor or a Bond; the problem with Tag Heuer is they won't settle for less than an ambassador per model.
Next in line in having more ambassadors than watches is Longines.

路I have nothing against ambassadors, but Tag Heuer's current ambassadors seem to be B-List players. I would prefer folks with more appeal, e.g. Leonardo Dicaprio back in the day.
