So I just realised that I didn't include the Connected watches in my price list.... this is because when I compiled the lists I used the 'View all our watches' filter, so perhaps even TAG Heuer doesn't really consider the Connected range to be part of their 'proper watches'.

 

collectors and Investors in the year 2050 will curse you daily!

 

Ah, going back to the website, there is a split between Smartwatches and.....





.... actual watches.

 

I wish they were brave enough to market the old tat as ‘dumb’ watches.

I just cant wait to try these on, on paper and in photos they seem like peeerfect weekend watches. The only thing holding me back would be that its too similar to the skyracer and what I really "need" is a dressier piece rather than more sporty stuff...

Last but not least, your wife is rocking two kind of terrible brands so you should be allowed to have a little affair on the side for yourself

 

Hahaha, glad you enjoyed it! I think that probably IS the Breitling I saw you know.... I saw one come up on 'watches.com' a while back and in the photos it looked so grey, and of course it was chipped.
I know Oris and Omega, what was she thinking! The Oris is broken already... the crown is spinning the rotor, common problem with that ETA movement apparently.

 

Ouch yet another example of winding spinning rotor issue, I think I will stay away from basic ETA and Sellita... how old is her Oris?

 

3-4 years... she just shakes it to wind now. The rotor still works, but turning the crown makes it spin like crazy! Once I get my TAG Heuer watchwinder next month she can stick in there maybe...

Not too much longer... can't believe I picked this up back in March!

 

I did see a video online of how to fix that...Didn't look too difficult. Or you could upgrade it to a quartz movement?

I was so happy to see they have released another breitlight superquartz, now I just need a gmt version of the colt skyracer and they've made my ideal watch.

 

Might be a tiny problem with upgrading it to a quartz....
