Tax Refund at Zagreb Airport (ZAG)

Hey Yall! I am currently in Croatia on our honeymoon trip and am planning on getting the Monaco CAW211P here. However, I heard there is no tax refund service counter at Zagreb airport to get cash back. Have to fill out the form to wait for credit card refund.

Has anyone flew out of ZAG recently or know if that is true? I would rather get cash back instead of waiting on the credit card refund.

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE:

Wanted to update my post to help others in the future if they have the same question.

Just got to Zagreb Airport, confirmed there is no cash back option for the global blue tax free program. The only thing we can do is get the form stamped by custom and send it by post to get credit back on the credit card. Which they said can take up to 3 months.

Hope this helps!

I dont know about croatia, but everytime i expect a "big" cash back from "big purchase" of global blue it will always be credit back to the credit card.

I dont even know if i really got it most of the time since, like you said, it took months !

So everytime i bought watch overseas usually i just compare the best price they can gave me. Excluding the tax refund. Or buy it at the airport.

Yeah most Tax refunds seem to be done in the same way. Schiphol (AMS) is one of the few where you can get your stamp and then walk round the corner and get your refund straight away....not sure if there's a max value they deal with, but don't think so.
