Tag heuer pilot

Hi there, wondering if anyone can help me with a couple of questions.Ive just bought a pilot watch from a jewllers on eBay and the batons look like they've disintegrated has anyone else had this problem?Next is the movement it does have 955 stamped on it but know where does it say tag heuer on it.Can anyone put my mind at ease or should I just send it back?cheers.rick.

By "disintegrated batons" do you mean that the main hour/minute hands have lost their lume (meaning they look hollow)? If so, that's a very common occurrence with old watches and can be taken care of pretty easily by a number of relumers.
