Tag Heuer Event - New Monaco’s and some rare pieces

Hi all,

Went to the “Monaco” event tonight but have made a separate thread as it wasn’t particularly related to the Monaco’s this year and more an overview of some rarer pieces, including some classics from the museum that where flown over specially. They did have the 1000 and 02 Monaco available - good to see and try on. All the pieces below, except museum pieces, where available to buy - which as you can see did contain some surprises. Only one I didn’t take a photo of was the C16 Fangio, which appeared at the end as o was leaving. Enjoy.

Wow, some serious hwardware there...great to see the Mikrograph 👍

Same here LOL. I am in love with the silverstone. Will have to start saving up for one.

Never seen that 1533G before... I wonder if they actually take them out of the museum or if they have multiples?

That red Silverstone stands out to me as one watch I need to add to my collection very soon. I tried one on in Hong Kong earlier this year and it blew my mind, and it looks just as good in your photos.
David, also in Hong Kong, this time in the TH boutique , was one of the mikrograghs still up for sale.
I would buy it in a heart beat if I had the $30,000 NZD to buy it with. A very impressive piece.

Oooooh nice.
I guess is if you put that up for sale to highest bidder on this Forum, you might be able to buy another Monaco with the proceeds.
I am picturing quite a few envious faces looking at this post at the moment.

Not a new Monaco book, this is the new “TAG Heuer The Catalog 2019-2020”, with all the current TAG Heuer range, including the Monacos. I found one at ebay for 7€ and it should arrive very soon, like these two other for sale (slightly more expensive):

Hi guys, as above it’s not a new Monaco book it’s the new model line up book - I just thought in the thread I’d show the Monaco pages as the event was called 50 Monaco... plus the book must’ve just come out as the final where only officially announced a few weeks ago.

Seen several copies of this on eBay already.... 🙄
I’m pretty sure if you go into any TH dealer they will give you one - I’ve got the last 4/5 years worth from just going into a store. It’s only a catalogue, all be it a nicely finished and bound one.

Yep, got mine 2/3 weeks ago, I also have a couple of previous editions, never thought about ebay for them.👎
