Tag Heuer Carrera

Hello Friends,

I have recently decided to add a Carrera to my collection. I wanted to add this particular model to my collection. It's being sold by someone but the information they can provide is limited. Could someone please evaluate the authenticity of the watch? It has full box and papers and is dated 1996. I find this model interesting as it has the Arabic numerals rather than just plain index's. Any information at all would be helpful!

Fake. I'm no expert on Carreras, but the terrible photos are usually a sign of a fake, coupled with the 50m water resistance on the back, and unusual number layout (like the 2000 classic in my avatar) but styled like a modern carrera.

Is the rotor's plain ?

I don't think it's fake because the person has showed me the LVMH papers for the general service and he has the receipt of purchase. The dial is because I think it's an older model. There were some sold online here:

Quick reply- watch looks genuine (can't be 100% sure given the quality of the photos)...but it's not from 1996. Much, much later. I'll look it up, but 2010/ 2011?
