Can someone please help
Without having hands on there's little anyone can do.

I'd suggest trying to wind it 30-40 times, and then give it a shake. If it's still not ticking at all, you'll need to send it to be serviced (either via TAG or an independent watchmaker).

Send it for service. Either to TAG Heuer or your local watch maker.

Sorry to hear your calibre5 has the dreaded calibre5 fault.

But on another note, I love the WAN2110 Aquaracer, personally been close to buying one many times & probably my favourite Aquaracer.

Good luck getting it fixed

If you get it fixed, I recommend getting a watch winder. Winding is most likely the cause of the problem.

Whoa lets not jump to conclusions here. The watch is like a million years old and we have no information about when it was last serviced.

How silly, to try and use the crown for it's intended purpose.

Hasn’t been serviced ever. Don’t use it much.

Sounds perfectly reasonable then that a 10-15 years old watch needs some love in the service centre

Is it it's intended purpose though?
