TAG HEUER 1000 PROFESSIONAL 200 METERS

Hello, i have a Tag Heuer 1000 200 meters professional (980.006) that belonged to my dad. The watch isn't working apparently it took water, I took the watch to 4 different places/watchmaker none of them got the parts to fix it... I'm based in Europe (France) and they told me that I have to change the movement, is there any place/website I can find one ? Thanks a lot

Yes Justin is a good start. BTW that movement is incorrect as this is 980.006L, so would normally have an ETA 963. or 964. typically.
