I’m looking at a dial on right hand side that is calibrated to 45
    This looks odd to me
    Any thoughts would be appreciated

Sorry, what's the actual question there - the dial doesn't look original, or you are confused about why they would use a 45-minute counter?

Either way- the crown and pushers are incorrect for this watch.

It being set for 45 minutes is not a problem - the watch was even called the Autavia 45 in period Heuer literature (as opposed to the three-register Autavia 12). As abrod pointed out though, some of the rest of the hardware is incorrect.
