Special Gift from Down Under

I am excited to share to everyone a Special Gift I recently received from a good friend of ours 😀 Again, I’m not really sure why I deserve such a wonderful gift but I wouldn’t let this pass without giving my utmost appreciation and gratitude 🥰 THANK YOU to sir @Anthony.R for this HEUER 30 minute Stopwatch!!!
W😀W! Never did I thought I’d get a genuine vintage stopwatch and all the more close to my passion, a HEUER Stopwatch!


Like most of you here, I only met sir @Anthony.R in Calibre11 atleast virtually as one of our daily and familiar contributors. I’m thankful for his friendship and this opportunity to share our love and passion for anything Heuer / TAG Heuer. He always somehow gets the inside scoop when it comes to new releases of TAG Heuer (probably since Australia is always ahead of all us Time-wise 😁) and so I got to PM him once in a while for some latest news. Then to my surprise, he told me he’ll send one of his stopwatch to me 😲 This Stopwatch is actually my first Heuer Stopwatch and I truly believe every Heuer / TAG Heuer collector should have atleast one in the collection 😉 One of the things I truly like about Heuer / TAG Heuer is its rich and deep history into the heart of Swiss Watchmaking. The Heuer name is probably one of the most recognizable family name in watchmaking history with a significant contribution to the industry. After celebration of 160 Years of Swiss Avant-Garde, I can only wish another 160 Years more for TAG Heuer My passion of watches & motorsports combined to one 😎


I haven’t really delve into the history of Heuer stopwatches, pocket or dashboard timers yet but I believe this is already a good start for me 👍 For the kindness and generosity, once again Thank You Very Much sir @Anthony.R for this!

The only thing I dont like about Anthony was when he wrote to me saying he did not have enough bananas to cover all his stop watches. Of course a big negative in my book but I still like him a lot.

Seems appropriate given yesterday was apparently "random act of kindness" day.

I enjoy checking in here every day and reading all your posts. I'm by no means a Tag/Heuer expert. Just learning about the brand from all you very knowledgeable people.
