Sold: TAG Heuer 2000 Full size Man 42mm Royal Blue dial on a Tan leather band WK1113-1

    This full size Man's fine-brushed/ polished cased 2000 watch with model no. WK1113-1 is in near mint condition with some tiny wearmarks on the sapphire blasted/ polished bezel, see also the pictures and the video.
    Fully cleaned, polished, serviced and build back up from the ground with new gaskets and a fresh new Renata battery.
    A new aftermarket Tan leather band has been installed together with new springbars, the clasp is fine-brushed stainless steel.
    This watch has a scratch free Sapphire crystal, and its water resistance has been tested at 3 bar: Ok.
    Comes with a 3 months written warranty on the movement, in an original TAG Heuer service box.

    Nice watch, but I believe the case diameter should be 37 - 38 mm, not 42mm unless you're including the crown with that measurement. Good luck.

    Check that - I just looked at e-bay and see that the 42 mm includes the crown in the measurement. :)

    :thumbsup:, always hard to describe the diameter of anything, but I chose to go for the actual maximum millimetres readout on my calipers from left to right, including the crown, so that there is no confusion created from my side.
    By the way, watch is sold :)

    Well, it was a very nice watch for what I believe was a reasonable price. I love seeing these "retro" watches. What happened to the original bracelet? The leather strap looks great nonetheless. Makes me wonder if I should get a nice leather strap for my Classic 2000. Thanks for sharing...

    The original stainless steel bracelet was way too short in length and needed a total restoration so I put it in the parts bin for now.
    Put a nice leather band or a NATO strap on your 2000, and create a new look on your watch, sometimes the result is like magic, succes!
