Removing links from TAG 6000 [circa 1999]

I have a 6000 i purchased in 1999, I have a broken link connector bar, I was able to purchase a used complete bracelet side segment, I had that installed by a jeweler. I have the watch back an now need to remove link from both sides, How do you remove links ? I see screws on both ends of the bracelet sections [the place where each bracelet section attaches to the body and the place where it attaches to the clasp]. I do not see pins that can be pushed out, so the screws must have something to do with link removal. Appreciate any guidance.
