Not Tag... Patek Phillipe Pocket watch.. info / help needed..

Hi All,

Im a novice collector and am starting to build a collection of watches mainly Tag, rolex and omega, one of the dealers i buy from has approached me with this and i need all the help .. info.. rough sell value.. etc.

The watch was originally sold in Brazil through Gondola.
The type face (in red) has clearly been added.. does this add or minus value..
there is clearly a story to why they where added.. no clue why..

Any information would be welcomed.
