Non-Removable Spring Pins? How to convert? PVD Heuer Monnin Project.

So today I made huge progress and finally have a working and beautiful prototype of my PVD Heuer 1000 Monnin. It looks fantastic and I cannot stop looking at it laying on my wrist. The Monnin case is absolute perfection. But there is one thing that really really bugs me....

In order to build this, it took a long time to research and find a case that would perfectly fit what I needed. A ETA 955.122 or 412 or 112 etc, a 980.031 size dial, and the correct thickness and style and a 20mm lug with a PVD finish. Well I found just that in a CWC millitary watch, however there is one huge issue... FIXED SPRINGBARS!!

Does anyone know of an idea to replace fixed spring bars with removable ones? It looks very secure in there and I fear that I will have to cut them out and drill but I don't really want to do that. I have seen some cases that people cut the pins and bend them and they come out leaving a hole in place only on the inside but that doesn't look super promising as a solution. as it looks like the pins are inserted and sort of welded in. The reason this is an issue is that I want to wear my handmade leather straps with it as well as a PVD link band, which just isn't possible with fixed bars... Any ideas would help me so much! Thanks everyone!!
