Hello and welcome. You have a Heuer Reference 73323NT from around 1970. The "N" is for Noir, or Black, while the T indicated the tachy scale. The watch uses the hand-wound Valjoux 7733 movement. "Meister" is a jeweller/ watch retailer in Zurich who often sold Heuers with their name on the dial. dc
