New straps for Monaco 24 with "links"?

Hi! (Can´t post it in "Marketplace").
I´m looking for original TH straps for the Monaco 24 "Gulf". The ones attached have links between the strap itself and the watch (Some kind of plastic), attached to the strap. These links reduce the space to the watch. All aftermarket and even original straps do not have the link anylonger it seams to. I have really been searching.

Don't understand what you mean to be honest... I've seen this watch I don't remember any plastic links?

It´s a triangular and long piece of plastic, containing the little "pin", wrapped in the leather. It has even two small "rubber-bumpers" at the sides where it meets the watchcase.

Ah right, I see what you mean. I presume you've tried contacting TAG directly?

But I guess if you are saying the new straps don't have it then that's not much help.

TH say they do not produce them any longer. Mine af still looking fine after 11 years. It´s becourse the owner just collected, but did´nt use the watch that much. I just thought maybe some aftermarket-straps similar where made by someone somewhere.....Just in case. Would love to have some "spareparts"

Pretty poor that TAG don't make them anymore. When you are spending that kind of money you kind of expect to be catered for in the future.

They used them (As far as i can se) for a lot of diff. "Monacos" (When searching for old pictures from around 2010). I do very much like that there is no space between the strap and the watch. At least i hope that my strap will be fine many years from now. It´s a shame that TH only makes the "normal" straps now (without the link). The "linl" makes it something special. So why pay 250-300 US$ for a TH strap which i can get on Ebay for approx. 20 US$? (I would gladly pay 300 US$ if i could get the original form TH with the link :-)

Wow the finish on those endlink things looks very rough and cheaply made, not what I would expect from a Swiss luxury brand

Holy shit! I guess this is why we are in this watch game, we enjoy being treated like garbage
