Happy days- I've bought my first watch for 2015.

Let's play 20 questions to see if you can guess what it is. I've already given a clue in that I'm posting it here and not in the Heuer forum. You can't ask me "what type is it", but you can ask "is it a chronograph", etc. Yes, No answers only from me!

I reckon this could take a while ;)

Is it a chronograph? (95% chance yes but never hurts to ask :) )

Yes, it is.

As an extra clue- The series (not just the model) is no longer in production.

Nope, not an S/el.
Ah... now I'm not sure...

I was imagining you rocking this bad boy like a pimp down on Chapel St, just picture it with double-denim

You know, I do have an '80s car these days and I have been looking for the right watch to wear..but not sure that's it!

I will say that my new purchase will be about as popular as the S/el with most on this forum....

My first thought was a CAW211A, until you said it was a quartz. Now I don't know.

Microtimer?

Or failing that...
F1?
Kirium?

You got it. It's a Microtimer. I've always had a soft spot for these..in fact, I've owned two. The problem with them is that they scratch really easily. Having said that, they've now come down in price so it's not such a big deal as when they were new. It's summer here and given that I've been wearing a G-shock around the pool, I started looking at digital options and remembered the Microtimer.
