Hi guys as per title, very subjective question.

If you could only have one to keep which one of the two?

Thanks,
Adam

Audi sport for me, looks great in that shot. Is it titanium?

I do like the Bamford thou, carbon is always a win for me and it's a good colour scheme

I'd go with the Bamford, it looks way more unique. I like Audi cars, but an Audi Sport watch has no special meaning for me.

Monaco carbon fiber for me... mainly because my favorite cars are Mercedes-AMG and not Audi! 😉

Audi Sport Lemania is stainless from the 80s. Apparently 200 made and two varaints one with less ticks on 6 oclock dial (which is what ive got, apparently only 20 of them, given to the Audi Quattro group B drivers) Very rare commissioned by Audi UK and David Sutton Motorsport . Bamford is supposedly "the watch of the moment"....ive just got both but unsure about keeping both.

I would definitely have both if I could afford to. The Audi sport is an interesting one, i really like them but couldn't justify the price, there's other watches in the same price bracket that I prefer.

I can afford to keep both, It was a flukey week tbh. I got a surprise call last week after enquiring about an Audi Sport earlier this year, so bought it. I then got a surprise call yesterday that i'd bagged a Monaco Bamford if I wanted it from the Tag Boutique in Westfield London. Obviously I said yes and bought it and collected it today. Just didnt expect to get both so my mind isnt justifying both. Weird I know. Haha.

Thank you. Perhaps I will wear the sport heuer first. The Bamford ive not even taken off the protective plastic wrapping or cut the string seal yet. See how I feel in a few weeks.

@ghostdriver you know my choice!

Whilst there are other watches that are considered better in the watch world and demand the price on build and quality alone, how many have such a link to another passion.....motorsports.

So 80’s and so Gruppe B it just oozes cool.

Audi Sport. The Force is strong with this one. And will always be.

Another vote for the Audi. Imagine having to wear a tie to match that Bamford 😜

Audi sport for me, I remember the fire breathing dragons on wheels era, Bamford carbon I’d need to see and touch but the pictures don’t do it for me.

This is my Bamford. Literally just opened the box. It is truly stunning to behold. Also quite a weight despite the carbon fibre case. I shall await the audi sport to arrive before my verdict. Apologies for pic quality some did with and without camera flash.

I think there are only 2 for sale in the world both on chrono24, when I looked this morning.

Do you know if your watch was worn and owned by an Audi Group B driver and if so, who? That would make a difference to me. The easy answer is to keep both!

I also would love to know that. The screen which is being replaced as part of the service before its sent to me was badly scored. Perhaps a sign if its useage in a rally car or underneath it! I know its not Hannu Mikkolas as he still has his, but maybe Rohrl, Mouton, Blomqvist, or Co drivers. It'll hold a mystery to me for sure. I will try and find out if previous owners can be traced. There are no papers or box accompanying it which also might indicate it was one of the watches given to the drivers themselves, as why would they keep a box. The fact its the rarer variant of the two makes the probability high indeed.
