New E4 stuck in retail Boutique mode and won’t pair

Hi everyone, I purchased a new connected E4 yesterday and I am unable to connect it to my Apple iPhone 14 pro Max. I think it’s because it’s in retail mode, and I don’t know how to master reset the watch. Is anyone able to help me please?

For future reference:

To exit retail mode on any (current) WearOS watch: swipe down from the top, tap the settings icon, and a placeholder page will open. Holding one finger on the right side of the screen, tap five times on the left to access the real settings where you can scroll down to the disconnect and reset option.

To enter the retail demo mode you can do the same two finger (one hold, second tap 5 times) during initial setup. It will ask you to confirm. Entering and exiting retail demo mode requires the watch to be reset.
