Yes, they have a certain charm and reverence to them.
Just thinking that something as old and worn and less than perfect in condition, like me, is still beating away and only losing 2 seconds a day gives me heart for my own longevity ;-)))

Thanks, my wife thinks so too but for different reasons.
I showed her this photo the other day and asked .."What do you think"
She said "About $50,000"

I hear ya on that! I still use the “investment” arguement.....luckily it’s not a lie so far. My weekend car is the same story 😁
Congrats on the new (old) edition! Great looking piece and you now have a full blooded Heuer Autavia so to speak.
