The watch looks great on that bracelet, perfect for these hot sticky summer days.

I'm also partial to the strap because that's how Senna wore it. If it weren't for the "Senna" factor, I might actually prefer it on that bracelet. In fact, I think seeing Senna with his S/EL on its brown leather strap all those years at McLaren is the reason I prefer straps to bracelets in general. LOL.

Goes nicely; glad you could get it!
Thanks Hubert! πŸ˜€
Yes, I started looking for this bracelet at ebay, and found two brand new BA0675 at around 700-800€ πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«... then I asked the price at my usual AD in Barcelona, and what a great surprise when they told me 295€!! ::psy:: So I immediately ordered it! πŸ˜‰

Also ordered a spare leather strap FC6030 at 97€, which is the price of the rubber straps for the Connected Modular! It’s nice to have this good spare parts service from TAG Heuer, being a watch discontinued for many years! πŸ‘

πŸ˜€ Yes, I have similar feelings: I love how this watch looks with both options, but the β€œSenna factor” of the watch is making me think in wearing it more with the strap than with the bracelet.
I think the bracelet will be for the warmest 4 months in Barcelona (from June to September), and the black calfskin leather strap for the rest of the year πŸ˜‰

Such a fantastic story! I love this so much.

I've worn a S/EL Chrono for 20+ years now. Always have had an eye on the 6000 series since Senna wore them. Just recently picked up a WH1212 off local classifieds, very happy! Thank you for your beautiful photos of the limited Senna 6000 watch, what a collectors package you have!

Thank you!! πŸ˜€ And congrats for your WH1212 πŸ‘
This 6000 Senna WH1114 is the favourite of my watches. Being a big fan of Ayrton, It was like an impossible dream for me in 1994 when it was launched, and I was really happy to find a NOS one 25 years later πŸ₯°

I love your story! Thank you so much. I look forward to enjoying my WH1212 for many years to come. I have ordered a black crocodile strap and an interesting rubber strap for it!

Stumbled upon this photo taken May 1 1994.

Senna wearing his 6000 clearly in this picture! 1017661416-SCH-19940501-RS+1994+San+Marino+GP+13.jpg
