I can't see people paying 拢4-4500 for an Aquaracer chrono

I think it is inevitable that the Heuer 02 TAG Heuer in-house movement will also present itself in the Aquaracer line. It鈥檚 already in the Carrera, Monaco, Autavia and also Formula 1. Only missing are the Aquaracer and Link. We will never know if it will be a hit or miss. But I鈥檓 pretty sure it will land there someday.

If there are people who are willing to pay premium, then you still have a market. It won鈥檛 probably replaced the Calibre16 like what the Carrera does. Still houses both movement. I just wished TH didn鈥檛 ditched the Heuer 01 / 1887 movement..

Yeah, i don't mind an In-house Aquaracer. But to be honest i am worried about the price.

hahahaha, i am sure in this kind of economy, most of us are more concern about spending out for wrist hugging friends 馃榿 unless i am in either vaccine or bicycle business.

Is bicycle booming in your country ? Brompton is booming in here ! crazy ! people can only get from grey market dealer ! like Rolex and Patek !

Bicycle business in the UK went nuts during first lockdown (march 2020) and hasn't really slowed down. Maybe now is a good time to sell my Brompton!

I think it this point plenty of the production hardware will have been written off. A fully automated production of a 3-hander H02 should definitely be possible at the same cost of the calibre 5.

I don't even know about Brompton before the whole covid thing (I am myself to blame, i am not a bicycle person) but now i know Alexmoulton, pinarello, etc. My friends are all went nuts with bicycle

Its mainly related with healthy lifestyle.

But of course, sometimes after they cycling they went to have food together which is bad for the spreading. ( i am not judging, but sometimes it just make crowd even more)

I am not familiar with this.
I mean, people that never exercise before suddenly went health conscious. They believe better immune help to prevent the virus which is true in some way but over tired can be backfire as well as far as i know

so yeah, since jogging is boring for them, bicycle with its all modification etc considered to be alternative.

It seems nefarious that they've discontinued all the Cal16 chronographs, unless that was just because the whole line is being replaced... if they carry on like this the only chronographs under 拢4000 will be quartz!

It could be that the supply of ETA/Sellita movement might be limited as well...
