Need advice lady carrera problem

Hi fellow just need your advice/opinion about this recent problem about the movement (model as per photo) the balance wheel will suddenly stopped when I position the watch face down then the balance wheel will start moving again when facing up or sideways. Does it need servicing or any chance that the movement has been magnetised? Thanks for your help.

I'd say it needs to go to a watchmaker regardless mate, magnetised watches aren't typically going to exhibit positional problems.
